Country Ham and Potato Soup-Biscuits-Monday Night Menu

Love it, I have been planning my menus for a couple weeks now and it is great. The kids are eating healthier and I am less stressed.
It's cold tonight, and was 14 degrees last night.
So try some quick
Country Ham Soup
Ham pieces- you decide
chicken broth two -three cups
water 1 cup
carrots (or any vegies you think would work well)
Salt and Pepper
Potatoes (peeled, diced) two cups

Put it all together, heat up and cook on high about 45 minutes or less. That is until the potatoes are soft.
Serve with warm rolls.
